How to order.

Order online in minutes — your basket goes straight through PayPal's secure checkout, your order arrives at our Stainton workshop, and we typically dispatch within 48 hours.

  1. Browse the catalogue

    Over 2,000 designs across 35 categories. Use the homepage to jump into a category, or browse all of them. Every design comes in two materials and up to four standard sizes.

  2. Pick your variant and add to basket

    On any product card, choose your material (PVC Sign or Sticker) and your size (150mm × 100mm up to 400mm × 266mm). The price updates live. Click "Add to basket" — items stay in your basket as you browse.

  3. Review your basket

    Open your basket from the cart icon in the header. You can adjust quantities, remove items, and see exactly what your order will cost — including any automatic volume discount. UK delivery is free on all orders.

  4. Checkout with PayPal

    Click the gold "Pay with PayPal" button to pay securely. You can pay with your PayPal balance, debit or credit card — no PayPal account required. Your card details are handled entirely by PayPal and never seen by us.

Automatic volume discount

Stack items into a single order for a built-in discount: 3% off 2–3 items, 5% off 4–9 items, 10% off 10+ items. Applied automatically at checkout — nothing to enter.

Bespoke orders

Need something not in our standard catalogue? Larger sizes, custom artwork, your logo, special wording, alternative materials — we can manufacture bespoke. Email sales@ukonlinesigns.co.uk with your specification and we'll send a quote and lead time. Bespoke orders are paid by invoice (bank transfer or PayPal) before manufacture.

Government and education accounts

We offer credit account payment terms (30 days net) to Government Bodies (police, fire service, hospitals, councils etc) and Education Authorities (schools, colleges, universities etc). Send your purchase order to sales@ukonlinesigns.co.uk.

Order confirmation

As soon as your payment goes through, PayPal will email you a receipt confirming your order and what you paid. We pick up your order from there and aim to dispatch within 48 hours. If you have any questions about your order, just email us at sales@ukonlinesigns.co.uk with your PayPal transaction ID.
