What's the difference between PVC Sign and Sticker?
PVC Sign is a 0.5mm flexible PVC plastic sign that you can screw, drill, cable-tie or bond to any surface. It's tough, weatherproof, and re-usable.
Sticker is a self-adhesive vinyl version — peel and stick directly to any clean, smooth, flat surface. Best for one-time use on smooth surfaces.
What sizes do you offer?
Our standard catalogue comes in four sizes: 150mm × 100mm, 200mm × 133mm, 300mm × 200mm and 400mm × 266mm. Some designs have slightly different aspect ratios — the exact dimensions are listed against each variant.
Are the signs durable outdoors?
Yes. Our PVC signs and self-adhesive vinyl stickers are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The inks are UV-resistant and the materials are weatherproof. Real-world lifespan depends on conditions, but most installations last 5+ years outdoors without significant fading.
Do you do custom artwork or wording?
Yes — we manufacture bespoke signs to any specification. Send us your artwork (vector preferred), desired size, material and quantity, and we'll quote. Email sales@ukonlinesigns.co.uk.

How do I order?

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes — as soon as your payment goes through, PayPal will email you a receipt confirming your order and what you paid. That's your proof of purchase. We pick up your order from there and aim to dispatch within 48 hours. If you have any questions about your order, just email us at sales@ukonlinesigns.co.uk with your PayPal transaction ID.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is there a minimum order?
No — you can order a single sign or sticker. Volume discounts kick in automatically when you order 2 or more items (3% off 2–3 items, 5% off 4–9 items, 10% off 10+ items).
What payment methods do you accept?
Website orders are paid via PayPal (with PayPal balance or any debit/credit card as a guest). Government and education customers can request an account for 30-day invoice terms.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely by PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered directly into PayPal's encrypted system and are never seen, handled, or stored by us. The connection is protected by SSL encryption throughout.
Do you offer accounts for government and education?
Yes — we offer credit account terms to Government Bodies (police, fire service, hospitals, councils) and Education Authorities (schools, colleges, universities). Email us with your purchase order to set this up.
Delivery
How fast is delivery?
We dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. Royal Mail typically takes 1–3 working days; couriers 1–2 working days. Total turnaround for most catalogue items is 3–5 working days from order.
How much is delivery?
Free UK delivery on all orders. Delivery is included in the price — nothing extra is added at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Great Britain using Royal Mail — including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, with no remote-area surcharges. We're currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. You'll confirm your postcode in the basket before checkout. We don't ship overseas.
Can I collect from your workshop?
Workshop collection is by appointment only. Please email first to arrange.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes — you have a 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law. See our Returns Policy for full details. Bespoke and custom-made items are excluded from the return right once manufacturing has started.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order ID. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Bespoke orders
What's the turnaround on bespoke orders?
Typically 5–10 working days depending on complexity. Your quote will include an estimated dispatch date.
