Acceptance of your order:Shortly after you have placed an order, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Wootton Industries Limited will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Non-acceptance of an order by UK Online Signs (Wootton Industries Limited) may be a result of one of the following:

Pricing Information:All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling, some items are inclusive of VAT and some items are exclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. |

Delivery Information?The contents of your order and the weight of your order will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. This means items in your order may arrive at different times. Delivery will be between 7.30am and 6pm, however we are unable to confirm a time. |
Overseas Delivery?Please note for delivery of goods outside the UK please contact us for pricing, stating the full delivery address. |
What's happens if I am out when you deliver?If you are out when we try to deliver, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. |

Availability of goods:All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. |
